Repair & Restoration
If your train is not cost effective to repair, JMS will notify you for approval to proceed with the repair.  JMS will
charge a minimum price for a detailed analysis and the cost of return shipping and insurance if you decide not to
have the repairs.

  • All repairs are guaranteed for 30 calendar days from date of return shipment.

  • The repair guarantee is for the cost of repairs only.

  • We will not be held liable or responsible for items in transit.

  • All items must be shipped with insurance and will be returned with insurance.

  • JMS can’t be held responsible for delays due to unavailability of parts, inability to contact the customer for
    repair approval or to discuss the repairs.

  • JMS will make a good faith effort to repair your model train in a timely manner.

  • An estimate, based on initial analysis of the piece, will be provided for customer approval. However, if
    additional parts or labor are required, the customer will be contacted, consulted, and approval requested
    before work proceeds.
